These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HealthHub at health-hub.xyz (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Aleksandr Andrienko, a registered self-employed business (autónomo) under Spanish law (NIE Z0502310H), Barcelona, Spain. Contact: support@health-hub.xyz.
HealthHub is a personal, multi-platform dashboard that aggregates health and fitness data you sync from one or more connected third-party services (such as Garmin Connect, with additional platforms planned) together with a nutrition diary and computed metrics (training load, energy budget, macros). It is provided for your personal, informational use.
HEALTHHUB DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, NUTRITIONAL, OR PROFESSIONAL HEALTH ADVICE. All metrics, calorie budgets, and recommendations are informational estimates and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, or training decisions.
You retain all rights to the data you sync and the entries you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that data to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve the Service, without obligation to you.
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access other users' data or accounts; reverse engineer, scrape, or place excessive load on the Service; or use it to violate any law or any third party's terms (including those of any platform you connect).
The Service relies on data you sync from third-party platforms. HealthHub is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Garmin Ltd. or any other connected platform. "Garmin" and "Garmin Connect", and other platform names, are trademarks of their respective owners. Availability and accuracy of synced data depend on third-party systems we do not control, and your use of any connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights under Spanish and EU law).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
We may modify these Terms or the Service, including adding, changing, or discontinuing features. Material changes to the Terms are reflected by the "Effective date" above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence within the EU.
